May 3, 2012 - Thursday - Early arrivals. Meet, greet, and renew old friendships. Make new acquaintances and enjoy drum corps gatherings the way you remember. Also, tour Gettysburg during the day. (Thursday and Friday)
May 4, 2012 - Friday Evening - "Welcome Drum Corps Party". Chorus performances and DJ for dancing.
May 5, 2012 - Saturday Morning
and Afternoon - Individual and Ensemble Presentations
Saturday Evening - Cocktail hour, dinner, and Chorus Performances. Cash
Bar after dinner.
May 6, 2012 - Sunday Morning - Breakfast and Farewells.
Cost of attending above schedule of events is US $98.00 per person
Wyndham Hotel Room Rate - US $115.00 per room, per night + 9% Occupancy Tax. This low rate will be honored 2 days prior and 2 days after the GAS Reunion, based on availability.
