GAS 2012 ROOM LIST

The Wyndham Hotel - Gettysburg will provide all our hotel room needs for GAS 2012.  The rate is $115.00 per night + 9% occupancy tax.  This rate is available to those booking rooms through the Great Alliance of Seniors.  This rate is also good for the two days before (May 2 & 3) and two days after
(May 6 & 7) the official GAS days.

Two copies of your room list is required as follows:

     1.  Two copies of your current room list by March 1, 2012
     2.  Two copies of your final room list by March 25, 2012

Mail these forms securely because of the personal information contained on the form.

Any change in these reservations should by by Email to: Skyfrank1@aol.com who will forward on to the Wyndham Hotel - Gettysburg

All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card but, the Hotel will not charge your account until after check in.  If individual credit card information is not available, then rooms should be secured by the individual drum  corps alumni's checks.

Individual cancellations can or must be made 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.  Failure to do so will result in the hotel charging one night's room + tax.
